Meet the Team
Our mentors come from diverse military and professional backgrounds—but they all share one mission: to help veterans win.

TJ
Veteran Mentor, Retired Air Force
Hi, I’m TJ Pasch. I am recently retired from the Air Force after 20 years and a Veteran Coach. I assist and guide veterans to get the VA rating they deserve, by providing individualized, tailored advice and support. My goal is to ensure that each veteran gets the benefits they are entitled to. I have a understanding of the VA system and am passionate about helping veterans access the resources they need and achieve the highest VA rating possible.

Louise
Veteran Mentor with a knack for simplifying complex systems
Hi, I’m Louise Hays and I love helping Vets! While working with a Vet their case is the most important thing to me. I believe in quality work, not quantity. We work together to create the most efficient way of tackling the claim while eliminating the stress caused by doing it alone. As a Coach, my job is to guide a client by educating and teaching them. My talents include taking complex systems and simplifying them into doable actions. I’ve worked for many years as an Accountant, so I understand how frustrating it is dealing with government agencies and their complex systems. Together we will find solutions and get the rating you deserve!

Shelly
Veteran Mentor, Born and Raised Military
My name is Shelly, and I come from a proud military family. Both my father and brother served and retired from the Air Force, instilling in me a deep respect for the sacrifices made by those in uniform. My work is not just a job; it is a personal mission. I am deeply committed to honoring the service of our veterans by ensuring they receive the support and benefits they deserve. Every day, I am inspired by the resilience and courage of the veterans I work with, and I am committed to making a meaningful difference in their lives.

Brandon
Veteran Mentor, 100% P&T Disabled Veteran
Hello, I’m Brandon Godfrey and I proudly served in the U.S. Army for 11 years including an Iraq and Kuwait deployment. As a 100% P&T Disabled Veteran, I know the heartaches that come along with trying to file your own claims for compensation and pension. Let me help you navigate this process with ease and help you fight for what you rightfully deserve!

Greg
Veteran Mentor, Retired Air Force Veteran, Law Enforcement Officer
My name is Greg Jones and I proudly served in the U.S. Air Force as a Security Forces Member. After four years and two tours to Iraq, I separated from the Air Force and pursued a career in Law Enforcement where I still serve today. Serving others has always been a passion of mine and now I found myself in a unique position to assist other disabled veterans. As a disabled veteran, I also know the hassle of trying to file your own claim while balancing the everyday struggles of life. That’s where I come in to help, by assisting Veterans through the claims process to make it as simple as possible to help fight for what each Veteran rightfully deserves.

Nick
Veteran Mentor
Hi, I am Nick. I am an Air Force veteran of 6 years. I worked as a Rating Official (RVSR) and a Decision Review Officer (DRO) for the VA for about 15 years before retiring. I started an organization by the name of DV-6 Veterans Helping Veterans to try to have my knowledge and experience get out there to help as many veterans as possible to achieve their deserved rating percentage. I have a massive understanding of how their system works from both the inside and the outside.

Wendy
Client Relations Manager, Mom of 5, Veteran Advocate
I truly enjoy being part of something that helps veterans feel supported and understood throughout the process.

SAMMI
Veteran Mentor
Hi, I’m Sammi! I’m an Air Force veteran with 6 years of dedicated service as an Air Traffic Controller and Contingency Response ATC. I’m extremely passionate about serving others and understand, all too well, the challenges and uncertainties of navigating the VA claims process. I would love the opportunity to help guide you through your claim and assist in making this process as smooth and simple as possible. Let’s get you the resources and rating you deserve!

ALEX

I am the Operations Assistant and a Veteran Mentor with Patriots 4 Veterans, and I am passionate about serving those who have served our country. I take great pride in helping veterans pursue the benefits they are warranted through their service and supporting them throughout the VA claims process.
I am deeply grateful for the sacrifices made by our nation’s veterans and their commitment to protecting the freedoms we enjoy today. I value the opportunity to meet veterans from all walks of life, hear their unique stories, and build meaningful relationships.
As part of Patriots 4 Veterans, I am thankful to work alongside an experienced and knowledgeable team dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of those we serve.

KRYSTAL
Event Coordinator, Veteran Mentor
I’m Krystal, an event coordinator and veteran mentor who brings both professional experience and personal understanding to the work I do. As a veteran’s wife, I’ve spent 15+ years helping my husband navigate the VA system, and I know firsthand how overwhelming and frustrating it can be. That journey is a big part of why I’m so passionate about helping other veterans and their families.
In my role, I focus on creating meaningful events, building community, and offering guidance that makes the process a little smoother and a lot less stressful. I love connecting with people, organizing details, and helping others feel supported and understood.
Our Mission
To empower and uplift veterans by delivering high-quality educational guidance during the VA claims process and offering unwavering support from start to finish.
We do not file claims on behalf of veterans. Instead, we educate, guide, and mentor veterans so they can confidently file their own claims, equipped with the tools and support they need to succeed.
Our Vision
A future where no veteran feels alone or defeated by the claims process—and where every veteran has access to the knowledge, support, and confidence to fight for the benefits they’ve earned.
Our Process:
6 Simple Stages to Success
1. Initial Call & Intake
We learn your story and explain how we can support you.
2. Personalized Roadmap + Medical Opinion (if needed)
A plan tailored to your service and symptoms.
3. Evidence Gathering & Claim Submission
You gather your documents—we guide you through the steps.
4. Claim Monitoring
Stay in touch with your mentor and keep tabs on your claim’s progress.
5. C&P Exam Prep

MENTORSHIP IS KEY
The Key to success is staying in communication with your Mentor and to remember that each stage takes its own time. You are ultimately filing your own claim with the guidance, wisdom and education from your Mentor. You are being Empowered to file your own claim and take charge of the benefits you are deserved. Even if things turn out differently than expected, don’t give up. Persistence pays off and a denial is not the end.
